Refund policy
We want your little one to feel absolutely magical in every outfit! If something doesn't fit or feel right, we're happy to offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery, as long as the conditions below are met.
Eligibility Criteria
For Full-Price Items:
- Full return or item exchange allowed
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
For Sale Items:
- Only size exchange is allowed
- No returns or refunds during sales.
Note: Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. A flat ₹100 will be deducted towards return shipping charges for all return/refund requests.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
- Use the "Request a Return" button in the footer/mobile menu
- Once your request is approved, our shipping partner will generate a return request for you. Please attach the return label we share and send the parcel back with care.
- Don't forget to keep the courier receipt and tracking details—just in case!
Inside the Parcel, Please Include:
- Your name
- Contact details
- Order ID
- Your requested size for exchange or confirmation that you'd prefer a refund
- Kindly ensure the return is completed within 7 days of delivery
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
